Flowsheet Development
TMS can develop and manage testwork programmes as part of flowsheet development and for the purpose of generating data for engineering design. Testing can be undertaken at your site, your preferred test facility or one of our partners laboratory's.
We can tailor make a flowsheet that specifically fits with your operation and desired outcomes both from an economic and technical perspective. Based on our experience and understanding of your project we explore flowsheet alternatives and select preferred flowsheets based on technical and economic merits using Monte Carlo simulations and analysis of financial cashflows (NPV).
Process Design
Once a company has conducted sufficient exploration and geological work, the project is considered to have entered the development phase. Development work typically commences with a Scoping Study and as confidence is gained the project progresses through various stages until the completion of an advanced Feasibility Study where 30% of overall engineering is completed. Based on funding, the project may then progress to Final Engineering where a fine level of detailed engineering is completed for the purpose of construction.
At Tech-Mill we can assist you at each stage of the development process, providing practical solutions with advise and assist with equipment procurement, installation and commissioning.
Consultancy
Tech-Mill can undertake technical and economical evaluation of mineral processing assets. We have undertaken technical independent Competent Person’s Reports under NI 43-1-1 and JORC (2012) as well as providing specific consultancy advice tailored to the clients requirements.
Based on our experience of having worked both in consultancy and industry we are best placed to assess and resolve bottle-necks and highlight opportunities in mineral processing plants (Plant Audits) .
